ACMI is looking for a new:

In our increasing efforts to serve our migrant community across Singapore, ACMI is looking for the following:

  • Skills Development, Senior Executive Officer
  • General Admin Executive
  • PR Creative Producer
  • Pastoral & Formation Executive

The position grade and salary will meet the experience and skills of the selected applicants.

Skills Development, Senior Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the courses identified meet the needs of the migrants, planning and executing the skills development programs across ACMI as well as in other locations
  • Work closely with the Chairperson of Talent Management Sub Comm and the Outreach & Engagement Manager
  • Responsible for data integrity of the student portal and ensuring of smooth operations of the activities in Skills Development
  • Manage a small team and a large pool of volunteer-trainers as well as in the development of these groups of people.

Preferred Skills include:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Education or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisory and people management skills
  • Good knowledge and skills in MS Office and other systems applications
  • Outstanding organizational ability
  • Good project management skills with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be able to work on weekends

 

General Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Liaison for finance & HR matters with external vendors
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks for ACMI, supporting the different ministries in coordinating and organizing programs
  • Responsible for reporting matters to government agencies, and taking minutes of meetings.

Preferred Skills include:

  • Minimum Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management or other related field
  • Working with people of different nationalities and culture is helpful
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good MS Office skills and technologically savvy
  • Ability to work on weekends is preferred

PR Creative Producer (6 months contract)

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creative Producers create original content for our website, social media platforms, and other campaigns
  • Produce photography, video and written content from concept to final deliverables
  • To research, prepare, write, and edit online content for marketing and front-end web development.

Preferred Skills include:

  • Min Diploma in Multimedia Design, Mass Communication or related field
  • Experience in videography, photography, video production, graphic design, project management, copywriting.
  • Knowledge in use of marketing applications or back-end website design will be helpful
  • Familiarity with videography and photography is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on weekends is preferred

 

Pastoral and Formation Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities include:

  • This is a newly-created role to enhance the pastoral and formation initiatives of ACMI as part of its plan to help migrants in their spiritual growth as well as in other areas of personal development.
  • This person will work closely with the Formation Coordinator in event management and coordination of the Pastoral and Formation programs of ACMI.

Preferred Skills include:

  • Minimum A-level qualification
  • Practicing Catholic
  • Familiarity with migrant issues and other social issues
  • Good inter-personal and networking skills; ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
  • Solid administrative experience will be preferred
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work after-hours, as necessary (e.g., evenings, weekends or public holidays)
