Partnering with individual donors and organisations, we reached out to migrant workers and transnational families during COVID-19. Many kind hearts have stepped forward to partner with us to offer assistance in kind to vulnerable migrant individuals and families living in Singapore. Many of these vulnerable migrants and families that we reach out to have limited access to local social support. 18 March 2020 Dear Employers, Students and Befriender Trainers, As of 12 March 2020, The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore has extended the suspension of Masses and large church gatherings until further notice. In line with The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore’s decision to suspend masses and large gatherings to minimize the risk of a cluster outbreak of the COVID-19 on Friday, 14 February 2020, ACMI has decided to suspend both weekday and weekend Skills Development classes with effect from Monday, 17 February 2020 till further notice. We are now at DORSCON Orange. Hence, ACMI will be implementing further precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at Agape Village.
